Terms of Service for Corner Time

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Corner Time (“App”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Corner Time solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

3. Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
• Do not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in Corner Time and its content remain the property of Antidull LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. No Warranty

Corner Time is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use Corner Time.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antidull LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Corner Time at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through app updates or within the App. Continued use of Corner Time after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
